How long does delivery take?
The estimated delivery time is normally within 10-14 working days as displayed on the product page of each item when ordering and is also shown when you add the item to your shopping basket.
How will I know the date & time of my delivery?
When your order is despatched a delivery tracking number is e-mailed to you. This allows you to track the progress of your delivery and see which day your order will arrive.
What if I miss the delivery?
If you do miss the first delivery attempt our couriers will leave a card through your door giving you the ability to re-arrange the delivery on a day that suits you.
Can my order be left with a neighbour if I am not at home?
Yes, our couriers may try to deliver your order to a neighbour if you are not at home to receive the delivery (as explained in our website terms). If you do not wish for your order to be left with a neighbour, please email or call us before we despatch your order and we will ensure that your order is delivery to your address only.
Can my items be left in my porch, shed, garage etc?
Our couriers do require that you sign for your order upon delivery. If you are not going to be in to receive a delivery, we can forward on a request to the courier to leave your delivered item(s) in your designated safe space AND you leave a SIGNED NOTE for the driver on your door confirming this request. Your email to us requesting this change to your delivery must state that you will "take full responsibility should the goods go missing or become damaged as a result of being left without a signature".

If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase for a FULL REFUND Within 30 days of receiving it.
All products returned must, when received back to us, be in their original re-saleable condition.
Please note that in all circumstances, you are responsible for any loss or damage to the furniture before it is received by us
(Except where caused by us), which will be deducted from any refund made to you.

RETURNS - REQUEST FROM:
Please give us your order number, the item name & full details of what you wish to return, email customer service firstname.lastname@example.org
All refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of your returned goods. You will receive an email confirmation of the refund.
If you are sending your item back for an exchange, let us know by email before it arrives, instead of refunding the payment we will allocate your account with Store Credit to the remaining value and confirm this by email.
